Questions people ask us
How much does Coach Axis cost?
There's no sign-up fee and no subscription. We take 5% of the payments you take through the platform, so every £100 of bookings costs £5. If nobody pays you through Coach Axis, you pay nothing.
Is it only for sports clubs?
No. Coach Axis works for anyone who takes bookings, payments or memberships: community groups, societies, village halls, wellbeing groups, tutors, fitness classes and event organisers, as well as sports clubs and coaches.
How do payments work?
People pay when they book. Payments are handled securely by Stripe, and the money goes to you with our 5% fee taken off.
Can parents book for their children?
Yes. Parents book and pay for under-18s from their own account.
Who is responsible for safeguarding?
When Coach Axis arranges a session or course involving under-18s, we are responsible and everyone delivering it is vetted first. Clubs and organisations running their own activities keep their own safeguarding responsibilities. See Safeguarding for details.

Coach Axis launches in November 2026. Register your interest now and we'll contact you before launch. The first 100 organisations become founding members.
