The platform
Everything you take bookings and payments for, in one place
People see what's available, book it and pay in one go. You see who's coming and what's been paid, without a spreadsheet or a cash tin.
Bookings
Courts, pitches, rooms, classes, timed slots and coaching sessions. People book themselves from live availability.
Payments
People pay when they book, securely through Stripe. No chasing bank transfers and no cash to count.
Memberships
Subscriptions, renewals, block passes and an up-to-date member list that the whole committee can see.
Events and tournaments
Entries, draws, results and fees for tournaments, and tickets for talks, socials and networking events.
Families
Parents book and pay for under-18s from their own account, so juniors' places are always covered by an adult.
