Children's safety comes first
We're clear about who is responsible for keeping children safe.
When Coach Axis arranges a session
For any session or course we arrange ourselves that involves under-18s, safeguarding is our responsibility. Before they work with young people, everyone delivering it has:
- An enhanced DBS check with a barred list check
- Safeguarding training
- Agreed to the Coach Axis safeguarding policy
When clubs and organisations run their own
Clubs, coaches and groups that use the platform for their own activities keep their own safeguarding responsibilities and policies, as they do today.
On the platform, parents book and pay for under-18s from their own account, so an adult is always responsible for a junior's booking.
Report a concern: email us straight away. If a child is in immediate danger, call 999.
